From an early age I have been interested in the development and in particular the remedy of diseases. Because of this, I chose to study Biomedical Sciences in Utrecht. During my minor in Science and Business Management, I came in contact with my first employer, IQVIA. At IQVIA Consulting Services I gained 3 years of experience as a life sciences consultant in various subjects: international Market Access, launch readiness, patient reported outcomes and health economics. The clients I worked for varied from the top 10 pharma to smaller biopharma players. Due to the size of IQVIA and the diversity of projects and clients, I have got to know the pharmaceutical industry in Europe, as well as the US and Asia.
I enjoy working together in a team and I love to conduct intense brainstorming sessions. During these sessions I like to outline ideas in order to arrive at a logical structure. My strength is to quickly understand complex problems and then, together with colleagues, turn them into solution-oriented step-by-step plans. An open form of communication with both customers and colleagues and working together towards the solution is very important to me. I love solving puzzles and problems which makes my work as a consultant a great job. My interest in life sciences, working in teams with open communication and affinity for consultancy come together perfectly in my job at Vintura.
In my spare time I like to sit on a terrace with friends or my girlfriend. We live together in the city center of Utrecht with two small kittens. In the summer I love to visit different festivals and go on weekends to discover new cities. In addition, I have been playing handball since childhood and I am very interested in cycling. Finally, good food is also part of my life. I like to eat out, with Asian cuisine as my favorite.
