A Dual Challenge
Identifying and developing future regional leaders, whilst at the same time delivering solutions to specific business challenges faced by local operating companies. That was the dual challenge facing a global pharma player. To tackle both aspects, Vintura was asked to help develop a management development program.
Intensive Program
After a tough selection process, high-potential talents were selected to work on a challenging business problem. Vintura organized sessions designed to maximize team effectiveness and creativity, so that they were able to deliver impactful recommendations within just six months. Intensive interaction with senior leaders ensured a robust assessment, high-quality feedback and great learning and network opportunities. By the end of the program, the top talents had come to the fore. Each participant’s performance was reviewed in detail, to guide their future development.
Continuation
The program has proven to be a great success in developing leaders and in delivering business recommendations. Several participants made significant career moves and some of their proposals were implemented across the region. With continuing support from Vintura, the client subsequently decided to run the program each year.
