Gérard Klop, one of the four partners, established Vintura in 2000. Vintura had a varied client base in the early years. In 2007, Vintura started to focus on clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Its clients are located in and outside the Netherlands and include hospitals, other care institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and producers of medical devices.
Beyond consulting
Vintura is guided by its values: connect, improve, ambitious, brave, people-oriented and sincere. What makes us stand out from other companies is that we go that extra mile and make a genuine connection with our clients and our assignments. We refer to this as ‘beyond consulting’.
An important aspect of how Vintura works is that we arrive at our solutions in consultation with our clients. This co-creation leads to creative solutions. We have a particular focus on the people who will be affected by the changes. We offer solutions that are supported from the perspective of the whole organization. Vintura consultants are strongly-driven when it comes to achieving tangible and long-lasting results. Our work goes beyond giving advice; together with our clients, we make sure that the solutions really are put into action.

Growth and client satisfaction
Our approach ensures growth and client satisfaction. Vintura is proud of the high client-satisfaction scores it is given. On average, Vintura’s clients give it 8.8 out of 10. We have also grown considerably in recent years. In 2014, this led to a nomination for an FD Gazellen Award, and we are hoping for another nomination this year.
Anniversary celebration
Vintura is proud of where it is today and would like to celebrate that with its clients. A special anniversary celebration of Vintura’s annual life sciences and healthcare event is therefore being held on 5 November. The theme of this year’s event is ‘the Future of Healthcare’, and it takes place at Soestdijk Palace. The Vintura offices are located almost in the back gardens of the palace.
Challenge and the new corporate style
The challenge in the next few years is to convey more effectively what Vintura stands for. The clients we already work for are aware of this, but it is not always easy to explain to new clients why we are different.
The first step we have taken is the development of a new visual identity. We launched a new corporate style and a new website at the start of October this year. This visual identity is more in keeping with what Vintura stands for- a professional, ambitious, and people-oriented organization that is a pleasure to work with.
